USN runs out of gas during the fourth quarter in loss to Providence Christian Academy.
For three quarters the US Tigers proved that they were able to play with Providence Christian Academy, who is currently ranked as the number one team in Tennessee. The game was tied after the first quarter and USN went into halftime up by one point. At the start of the fourth quarter USN was down by five. Fouls and injuries would prevent the tigers from sustaining their effort and energy. USN lost the game 47 to 67 however, the game was much closer than the score would indicate. Clay Payne led all scorers with 22 points while connecting on 9 of 13 of his shot attempts.

The loss moves USN to third in the district.
