Tigers fall in season opener

Tigers have a good showing, but the Honeybears were strong from the outside.
Hattie Bishop '29 and Tate Dawkins '30 split time in the goal and both had excellent saves.  Harpeth Hall had to score most of their goals from outside the 18m, but unfortunately they were strong enough to shoot with accuracy from that distance!

We used this game as a trial run on positions and combinations.  Ruth Boehler '29 had some great chances from the forward position, but wasn't able to finish.  Charlotte Kehler '29 anchored us at center back coming up with some huge clears.  She also took one of the most beautiful corner kicks, but we couldn't make contact to redirect it in the goal.

Lots of promise and encouraging play from this team!
