Tigers get win on the road

Coach Anderson
The Hawks took the road to matchup with the Ezell-Harding Eagles. From the onset the Hawks set the tone and took the game to the eagles who with a depleted 7/8 roster dressed and player their 6th graders. The Eagles were no match for the apparent size and skill gap one would assume in the unfortunate circumstances for Ezell-Harding, but it was a boost to the Harding Hawks confidence to put together sustainable drives and put point on the board. Leading 20-0 at halftime, the Hawks scored on their first two possessions from scrimmage and were able to play all of their younger players throughout the 3rd and 4th quarter, providing them with significant experiences to learn from in a 32-0 win. The Hawks will suit up again on Wednesday, September 25th for their last home game vs Grace Christian Academy.
